Dagger Files Updated

I have updated all the files for Dagger (both FREE and $1) with missing Character Levels Table (with listed class information like hit dice, saving throws and to-hit progression). I have also fixed the Monster Combat Table so that it now clearly shows both descending and ascending armor class.
